When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. We reserve the right to not deliver in case of incorrect stock level, and for any typographical errors on the site.

 

Shipping of stocked items is made within 2-4 workdays (Monday to Friday), from your order date, with the UPS.

Items that are presonalized and/or made to order are shipped within 14 days of order date with the UPS.

Free Worldwide Shipping for all orders over 1000 EUR.

All shipping to EU countries include VAT,
VAT excluded when shipping outside EU.       

 

RETURNS

You have the right to return the product if you for any reason are dissatisfied or wish to file a complaint. (store credit will be given on sales/discounted items).

All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the product. Buyer pays and arranges return shipping.

You must contact the store before making a return. Custom made and/or personalized items can not be returned.

The product must be unworn and price tags, stickers, original packaging etc, must also be returned.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
